Abstract
This paper studied the relation of jump and sprint performance with 14 sprinters as samples.It found: depth and touchdown time can differentiate the professionals and the amateurs;60m run is most effective to accelerate and achieve the top speed;depth and touchdown work best in improving sprint performance.
