Abstract
Chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML) is a malignant myeloproliferative disease derived from hematopoietic stem cells harbored with t(9;22)(q34;q11) translocation.The fatality of blast crisis of CML is similar to acute myelogenous leukemia.Recent literatures were retrospectively analyzed in this article to further understand the molecular mechanism of development of blast crisis,and discover new research clues.
