Clinical analysis of 29 long-term oral aspirin patients with abdominal surgery

Objective To understand the long-term oral administration of aspirin in patients with general surgery operative bleeding.Methods 29 cases of long-term oral administration of aspirin in general surgery in elderly surgical patients as the observation group were compared with the same period 73 cases with anticoagulant drugs in general surgery in elderly surgical patients as the control group.Results Bleeding volume of the observation group(39.6±4.7) ml in the control group(11.0± 3.3) ml,two groups of bleeding,the difference was statistically significant(t=32.7,P0.05).Conclusions Aspirin can affect platelet aggregation,long-term oral administration will increase the amount of general surgery surgical bleeding in elderly patients.
