Abstract
The multi-injection fuel quality fluctuation taking place in the high pressure common rail(CR) system play a major role in controlling of multi-injection quality. The Law of twice time multi-injection fuel quality fluctuation with dwell time was investigated, under pilot-main injection and main-after injection modes,on high-pressure common rail multi-injection test-bed.The influences of energizing time(ET) on multi-injection fuel quality fluctuation under various conditions were systematically summarized using experimental data.It was found that,as the first injection energizing time increased, the second injection fuel quality fluctuation amplitude was increased firstly and then decreased,it was varied cyclically.
