Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between soil organic carbon content and soil nitrogen,by combining methods of field location monitoring and indoor experiment, the relationship between forest soil organic carbon content and the contents of nitrogen in different forms were analyzed in typical vegetation types of Mangshan National Forest Park. The results show that with the increase of soil depth, the organic carbon content and total nitrogen content decreased;the contents of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in different soils layers ordered by magnitude: 0~20 cm 20~40 cm 60~100 cm 40~60 cm;the nitrite nitrogen contents in different soils layers ranked from high to low: 20~40 cm 40~60 cm 60~100 cm 0~20 cm.The correlation analyses indicate that the organic carbon content do not have significant correlation with the nitrite nitrogen content;there existed a significant linear positive correlation between organic carbon content and ammonia nitrogen content;there were a extremely significantly linear negative correlation between organic carbon content and soil layers;the organic carbon content have a significantly linear positive correlation with nitrate nitrogen content and total nitrogen content, respectively. The findings provide some base information for evaluating the formulation of trees fertilization, for ensuring the forest resources sustainable development and strengthening the study of forest soil carbon function.
