Abstract
The pollination characteristics of different pear cultivars of selected five varieties were studied. The results showed that different cultivars have different fruit-settings by self-pollination, among the cultivars Zhongli No.1, Qiuhuang and Bayuesu have no fruit-setting, but the fruit-setting rate is 37.69% for Fengshui. There are also different effects on flowers and fruits dropping and fruit-setting rate when different pollinating varieties were used, the fruit-setting rate is very significant negatively correlated with flowers and fruits dropping, and significant positively correlated with pollen quantities.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
