The ability to get adapted to the society after graduation is essential to the employment and future life of college students and is an important issue in higher education. This paper, starting with the significance and current situation of the social adaptation ability of college students, analyzes how to cultivate it in these students. School sports, characterized by team cooperation, restraint and collectivity, will play an important role in cultivating the ability in college students.
