Abstract

In this research, the ETM+ remote sensing technology and DEM spatial analysis technology are used to analyze the Fenghua River Basin river structure, and extract the geomorphic parameters. The SPSS software is used to analyze the watershed topography. The results show that:(1) The basin length and area extracted using the ETM+ and DEM data are consistent with the ground truth data;(2) There is a certain correlation between river bifurcation ratio, channel length ratio, and the longitudinal gradient ratio;(3) Based on the curve-fitting function, the growth sequence of three major tributaries is found to be Shan Jiang,Xin Jiang, and Yin Jiang;(4) Using the S-A model,it is found that the bedrocks of the three tributaries of Fenghua River are in the equilibrium state.
