Abstract
Two new species of genus Amrapalia Gupta et Jonathan,1970,collected from Jiangxi Province, were reported.A key to species known in China was provided.Type specimens are deposited in the General Station of Forest Pest Management,State Forestry Administration,Shenyang,China.Amrapalia flavifacialis sp.nov.(Figs.1-4)This new species is related to A.multimaculata(Cameron,1905),but can be seperated from the latter in having upper portion of frons with dense punctures and slightly rough centrally;apical transverse carina of propodeum complete;metapleuron with dense oblique wrinkles;speculum black;mesosternum black entirely.A.multimaculata(Cameron):Frons smooth and shiny;apical transverse carina of propodeum incomplete;metapleuron reticulate;speculum yellow;lateral portion of mesosternum with yellow fleck.Holotype ♀,Quan'nan(24.58°N,114.22°E;alt.650 m),Jiangxi Province,22 Apr.2008,LI Shi-Chang.Paratype 1♂,same data as holotype, except 15 Apr.2008.Etymology.The species is named for the face entirely yellow.Amrapalia nigrifacialis sp.nov.(Figs.5-8)This new species is similar to A.flavifacialis Sheng, can be separated from the latter by the following key.Holotype ♀,Ji'an,Jiangxi Province,21 May 2008,KUANG Yi.Paratype 1♀,same data as holotype.Etymology.The species is named for the face entirely black.Key to species of the genus Amrapalia Gupta et Jonathan known in China1.Face yellow.Front and middle coxae buff.Hind coxa tricolour:ventral side sandy beige, dorsal side buff, lateral side black.Hind femur brown with apical portion black.Hind tarsus whiteA.flavifacialis sp.nov.Face black. All coxae and hind femora red to reddish brown.First segment and basal portion of second segment of hind tarsus white, rest blackA.nigrifacialis sp.nov.
