Economic Analysis of Patent Infringement

The profitability of patent rights brings risk of infringement.How to curb patent infringement is the key issue of perfecting patent system.In this article,by using economic methods to analyze the essence of patent rights, the attribute of patent infringement and the judicial restriction to patent infringement,the author try to provide a way to search how to improve the legal effectiveness in curbing patent infringement.
