Abstract
The flow stress behavior of 7050 aluminum alloy was investigated in the temperature range of 250-450℃ and strain rate of 0.01-10s-1.The results showed that dynamic recovery, and dynamic recrystallization occured obviously during hot compression of 7050 aluminum alloy. The flow stress increased with increasing strain rates and decreased with increasing temperature. The strain hardening coefficient n and deformation activation energy Q were evaluated by linear regression analysis. And the flow stress constitutive equation of 7050 aluminum alloy during hot compression was obtained.
