Abstract
New Chinese poems have 2 traditions: one is the traditional relationship between classical and new poems, and the other, the tradition of the new poems of their own. On one hand, new poems are establishing an omnibearing connection with classical poems from emotion and taste to linguistic morphology, on the other, new poems have broken through the solid and compact tradition, establishing a new artistic form of their own. New poems have already attained their own free and independent form in the respects of the subject of creation, text, form, etc.
