Abstract
One of the modern air engagement, active radar guided air to air missile weapon system's target acquisition ability suffers from error factors. With introducing the distribution function for acquiring time, this paper brings forward a method of calculating the missile's acquisition probability, and assessing the error effect on it based on the Monte Carlo simulation. The results of simulation cases manifest that this method is available to error analysis, and can be used for the system's error deployment.
