Abstract
Leflunomide is a new immunomodulator. Mechanism of leflunomide is unique,and plasma protein combination rate of it is high. Now leflunomide is used in treating rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus,inhibiting graft rejection and so on. The mechanism,pharmacokinetic and clinical utilization of leflunomide are reviewed in this paper.
