Abstract
The study uses fix period and SUR ways to estimate GLS model, analyzing economies of scale and scope of 44 co-ops by selected from 70 fruit and vegetable farmers' specialized co-ops.2 million as a boundary,we divide 44 samples into two groups. Two groups of co-ops have general economies of scale and scope, but product-specific economies of scale(scope) is different. Conclusion is that the first group should expand its business scale, the second group has competitive relatively and joint production among outputs which could save total cost of co-ops.
