Abstract
The influence of La Nina phenomena and the sustaining abnormity of atmosphere environment caused an infrequent sleet and snow disarster in the south of China,which damagd large areas of forests.The article intensively analyses the status of forest losses and brings forward the principle,ideas and basic measures for evaluation of forest losses.The article describes the technology and measures for restoring the disaster affected areas in the five aspects such as cleaning up forest land,planning and design,seedling breeding in nurseries,preventing and curing plant diseases and insect pests,and organization and management.
