Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of mifepristone combined misoprostol for patients with uterine scar effective method of induction of labor. Methods:The patients with failure of drug induced and uterine scar were review,to study the results of fail from the amount of bleeding and adverse reaction medication. Results:77 cases of patients with uterine scar applicated with mifepristone and misoprostol,and 24 cases were failure. Conclusion:Mifepristone and misoprostol for uterine scar overall effective in patients with drug induced,but the individual should pay attention to the individual to use the appropriate method.
