Abstract

Objective To observe the nebulized lidocaine for endotracheal intubation anesthesia airway surface effect.Methods In our hospital in January 2012-2013 in January required during intubation as the observation group 45 patients,sedation given to patients after inhalation of 2.0% lidocaine for topical anesthesia,and then given to patients intubated year selected the 45 cases requiring endotracheal intubation in 45 patients as a control group given only intubation,intubation compared two groups of patients before and immediately after intubation and after intubation 3min mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) and other indicators,the incidence of postoperative complications was observed suffering.Results The patients before intubation,intubation after 3min MAP and HR level and the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05),observed in patients immediately after intubation MAP and Hr levels significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Nebulized lidocaine for endotracheal intubation anesthesia airway surface,the effect is satisfactory,which is worthy of clinical use.
