Abstract
Objective: To determine the levels of peripheral blood lymphocytes in aged patients with lung cancer, and so as to explore their cellular immune function and the significance. Methods: Levels of peripheral blood lymphocytes including CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,CD16,and CD19 cells were detected with flow cytometry, and cellular immune function was evaluated. Results: The levels of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,and NK cells in elderly lung cancer group were lower than those in elderly healthy group and control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference of CD19 cell level among the three groups. Conclusions: To determine cellular immune function is helpful for integrated evaluation of pathogenic condition and treatment for elderly patients with lung cancer.
