Abstract
Based on GIS technology, the article deals with the study on intelligent management information system of urban planning , analyses user's needs for intelligent management information system of urban planning, and gives priority to the research on the structure and function of intelligent management information system of urban planning , proposes urban planning intelligent management information system digital design and intelligent decision support, structures the integrated scheme of the network. At the same time , the solution to the key technology of the system is offered, and the vector process is also applied to Jixi underground pipe network system. Finally the system evaluation is also carried out.
