Abstract
Placatroy policy is one of the important strategies Zhu Yuan-zhang adopted in dealing with the relationship between Ming Dynasty and Mongols.The elucidation of the policy about Mongols by Zhu Yuan-zhang is based on the analysis and pectination to important historical materials.It is agreed that via recognizing the legality of Yuan Dynasty and summoning surrender to Mongols as well as other economic and cultural means,Zhu Yuan-zhang attempted to mitigate the relationship between the two.In the course of implementation,he successfully actualized his policy by positive attitude and appropriate strategies.
