Eanxit us Doxepin in treating anxietic neurosis

Abstract

Objective AIM To compare the effects and adverse reactions of eanxit and doxepin in treating anxietic neurosis,Methods 68 cases with anxietic neurosis were randomly clivided into 2 groups(eanxit and doxepin),evaluate were used the SAS,HAMA,CGI,and TESS before and after treatment.Results The marked effective rate and total effective rate were 55.88% and 91.22%.Respectively in group of eanxit.were significantly higet than group of doxepin(35.29% and 76.47% respectivdly) p0.05.The adverse reaction in group of eanxit were less than group of doxepin.Conclusions In trealting anxietie neurosis.The eanxit was better than the doxepin in effective.doses.and adverse reations.
