The Relationship between Saving Energy and Sustainable Development

The paper briefs the Chinese energy status and so the importance as well as urgent needs of saving energy. It also proposes some thoughts on policies of saving energy, and suggests that saving energy and saving resource should be contemplated as one of the national fundamental policies. Furthermore, it brings about responsibilities and technologies on saving energy in the power sector.
