Abstract
Objective To explore the methods of standardized management of continuous nursing education and improve the management level of continuous nursing education. Method Under the supervision of three- level management system through the establishment of complete continuous nursing education in hospital,nursing personnel shall be provided with classified standardized management training,effective incentive mechanism shall be established at the same time and the comprehensive vocational quality and sense of worthiness of work of nursing personnel shall also be improved so that the effect of continuous nursing education of nursing personnel can be achieved. Results After implementing the standardized management of continuous nursing education,the satisfaction rate of nursing personnel evaluation on different aspects of the management method is 81. 68% ~ 89. 53%. Theoretical records and operating performance of nursing personnel are significantly better than those before( respectively P 0. 05,P 0. 01). Conclusion The standardized continuous nursing education management promotes the development of nurses and is conducive to the cultivation of nurse specialist.
