Preliminary Study of the Fire Extinguishing and Rescue Plan for High-Rise Building Fire

Nowadays,the fire fighting of high-rise building is the most difficult problem in fire fighting and rescue area around the world. This paper mainly deals with some situations in high-rise building,such as the multiple use and function,the fast development of fire,the lack of effective fire equipment,the difficulty of evacuation and water supply,limited effect of ground attacking,etc. On the aspect of making fire fighting plan,this article makes some effective means to settle these problems as well as some methods of drawing up fire fighting plan for high-rise building,points out some problems which easily happen in making fire fighting and rescue plan,sums up a package of techniques which are applied to the making of fire fighting and rescue plan in high-rise building,and improves the rapid reaction on the fire fighting of high-rise building. Above all provide the guidance of setting up high-rise fire fighting plan in the future.
