Abstract
Plant height(PH) trait of Liaojing371×Liaojing326 was analyzed by the mixed major gene plus poly-genes genetic model of quantitative traits. The results showed that PH trait was controlled by two major genes with additive-dominance-epistasis effects plus polygene with additive-dominance-epistasis effects(E-0 model). The two major genes showed additive effects as 11.7 and 4.3,respectively.The heritability of the two major genes was about 90.0%.SSR markers on F2 and Qgene software were used to analyze QTLs of this combination. Two gene loci qPH-9-1 and qPH-9-2 were positioned on Chromosome 9 with high LOD value 6.4 and 4.1,additive effects of 24.2 and 4.1,heritability of 18.7% and 12.3% respectively.
