A Research on the Improvement of AIP Production Process Based on Value Stream

As an example of the tire production line optimization of AIP Company, the application of the value stream mapping in the production process was discussed. Based on the actual data, the value stream mapping was drawn, and the existing problems were analyzed and the improvement plan was made. The future value stream mapping was drawn to the redesign of the production line. By comparing the value stream mapping before and after, the results show the enterprise production capacity, equipment utilization and production cycle are improved significantly and the production cost is reduced.
