Abstract

The Rosa spp seed oil was extracted by ultrasonic-assist and its fatty acid composition was analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the major fatty acids were palmitic acid(5.88%),oleic acid(12.39%),linoleic acid(56.52%) and linolenic acid(23.50%).The oil contained 92.41% unsaturated fatty acids.
