Abstract
The disease resistances of 43 pepper inbred lines were identified by artificial infection method to provide the theoretical basis for breeding of pepper resistant to Phytophthora capsici. The results showed that disease resistances of the 43 pepper inbred lines had great differences, including 20 with high resistance,6 with resistance,11 with moderate resistance and 5 with infection.Pepper inbred lines of ZN40,ZN6,ZN3,ZN44,ZN16,ZN13,ZD217,ZD215-2,ZN201,ZD202 and ZD220 had very high resistance to Phytophthora capsici.
