Abstract

This essay discusses and decides the scientific and rational connotation of the teachers' morality,analyses and evaluates the present situation,and discusses the ways to set up and perfect the teachers' morality construction,such as the work mechanism,regulations and measures,value conception and framework of the teachers' morality.
