Study on Reducing the Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents in Hunan

The income gap between urban and rural residents in Hunan has appeared to narrow year by year,but the larger income gap is not changed.Narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents in Hunan is still facing many barriers,such as resources loss,industrial backward and institutional defects and so on.Hunan must promote the transfer of rural surplus labor,rise agricultural product price,fully protect farmers' property interests and increase government transfer payment to farmers to short the income gap between urban and rural residents.
