Current situation and strategies of academic education of sports teams in Shandong province

This paper made a comprehensive investigation of the academic education of the sports teams and sports schools in Shandong province.It was revealed that the current academic education quality was generally poor;the regular assessment and the assessment system of academic education effects were not sound;the appropriate curriculum arrangement could relieve the conflicts between the study and the training.The research showed that the nine-year compulsory education was the key to the improvement of academic learning of the athletes.On the basis of analyzing the academic education of the excellent sports teams in China and the current situation of Shandong province,the paper proposes suggestions of the academic education reform.
