Abstract
The tissue culture seedlings of Actinidia deliciosa C.F.Liang variety Qinmei were used to study the effects of proline on their physiological indexes related to heat resistance under high temperature stress. The results showed that proline could inhibit the membrane permeability, decrease the MDA content, improve the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) and ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX) and increase the contents of ascorbic acid(AsA) and glutathione(GSH) of leaves under the high temperature stress.
