Abstract
To study the influence of temperature on biogas composition of thermostatic anaerobic fermentation with cattle manure, four parallel anaerobic digesters of 11.5 L were operated in batch mode at temperature of 19℃,30℃,37℃ and 52℃,respectively,and the real-time analysis were carried out to determine the biogas composition with Biogas Check instrument. The results shows that the highest cumulative biogas and the highest methane production are under 37℃,and the lowest cumulative biogas and the lowest methane production are under 19℃. The fermentation period for 37℃is 22 day during which the volumetric biogas production rate was 0.76 m3·m-3d-1 with TS biogas production yield of 0.31 m3·kg-1,and average content of methane was 53.59%.
