Innovation in agriculture-related science and technology is the key to balancing urban and rural development,coordinating the promotion of urbanization and the construction of new socialist countryside,and accelerating the transformation of dual structure in urban and rural areas,which is an important guarantee of transforming the mode of agricultural economic growth and achieving sustainable development of agriculture.From the perspective of balancing urban and rural development,this paper makes a detailed/brief study of the role,issues and countermeasures of innovation in agriculture-related science and technology.
