On Jury System in Civil Lawsuit

As an important part of civil judicial system in our country,Jury System is a judicial system which is a judicial organ of the country recruiting citizens into participating in trial process of the criminal,civil and administrative cases.Because there are some factors,such as,no historical basis and constitutional foundation in our jury system,adding irregular procedure of personnel enrollment,unclear functions and powers of jurors,different legal and cultural elements,etc.there are many problems in our jury system,for example,during the process of judicial practice,sometimes jurors only take part in the judicial procedure,but don't wield their authority effectively,that is to say,the jury system in our country has long ceased to exist but in name.Therefore,it should be abolished.
