Abstract
Objective To application of phenol to c mooring sevoflurane joint to accept fiberoptic bronchoscopy patients before anesthesia to study and analysis the clinical effect. Methods 78 cases accepted from fiberoptic bronchoscopic examination of the cases, which is divided into the control group and the experimental group,on average every group of 39 cases. The control group c poisson phenol preoperative anesthesia; While the study group with c poisson phenol and sevoflurane joint preoperative anesthesia. Results The patients anesthesia effect was better than control;Calm induced time and intubatton operating time significantly shorter than the control group;VAS score was significantly higher than the control group; Both groups for any adverse reactions. Conclusion The application of phenol to tabor sevoflurane joint to accept fiberoptic bronchoscopy patients in the clinical effect of preoperative anesthesia is very apparent.
