Objective To investigate the neurosurgical anesthesia narcotic drugs and its the best solution.Methods literature review,analysis and comparison of neurosurgery for the intravenous anesthetics,volatile anesthetics,narcotic analgesics,local anesthetics and muscle relaxants on the role and influence of the central nervous system.Results The various types of narcotic drugs,central nervous system has been further understanding of the role and use of narcotic drugs in combination with each other to meet the shortfall.Conclusion The composite multi-drug can exert pharmacological effects better,achieve the desired effect of neurosurgical anesthesia.
