Abstract

The research progress on the phytoremediation, microbial remediation, and phyto-microbial remediation of heavy-metal-contaminated soils and waters was discussed in this paper, with the advantages and limitations compared. Moreover, some appilcations of remediation were enumerated as the references for the demonstration projects and industrialization of heavy metal pollution treatment.
