Abstract
The non-zero offset prestack elastic impedance inversion is an information rich, high resolution and fast calculation method which use P-wave velocity, S-wave velocity and density. In this paper, the fundamental principle of the prestack elastic impedance inversion has been introduced, the correlation analysis is achieved by applying the logging and petrophysical property, calculated optimum elastic angles, and the angles are then inverted based on these values. The result show that?the elastic impedance inversion can improve the recognition capability for the reservoir, this technique will play a great role in exploration and development of gas reservoir in Sulige Area.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
