Abstract

Objective:To Explore the relationship between venous reverse time in the first vavle of superficial femoral vein and valvula by contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods:Retrospective analysis was carried on data obtained with contrast-enhanced ultra-sound in 35 cases(40 lower limb) with primary deep venous insufficiency(PDVI).The cases were divided into two groups based on valvular regurgitation by anterograde venography.Venous reverse time was measured in the first vavle of superficial femoral vein sepa-rately.Differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results:There are statistical differences between venous reverse time in the mild, midrange group and in the severe group due to the statistical analysis(P0.05).Conclusion:Venous reverse time in the first vavle of superficial femoral vein gained by contrast-enhanced ultrasound can provide sufficient information of the deep vein in lower limb.
