Clinical observation of early dialysis treatment for post-traumatic acute renal failure

Abstract

Objective:To explore the treatment of acute renal failure(ARF)after injury.Methods:32 patients with ARF after injury from 1998 to 2007 in our hospital were analysed restrorespectively.To evaluate the patients in the extent of damage and pathogeny.All patients were treated with the method of CVVHD.Results:Many causes can result in ARF,early dialysis can decrease the mortality rate.Conclusion:Early dialysis can improve the prognosis of the patients with ARF after injury.
