Regional Economic Integration in Yangtze River Delta:Formation,Effect and Prospect

There are many economic,cultural and regional similarities in Yangtze River Delta,which make the integration of Yangtze River Delta be possible.Actually,the integration of Yangtze River Delta is mainly featured by economic integration.So far the study on integration of Yangtze River Delta has focused on three aspects,namely,the mechanism of economic integration,the same structure of industry and economic integration,industrial division.In addition,the effect of economic integration focuses on two aspects: promoting the convergence of labor productivity in metropolitan areas in Yangtze River Delta and improving re-gional coordination.With the development of economic integration,the integration of Yangtze River Delta will be transformed from economic integration into system integration,social integration and space integration in the future.
