Reform and Innovation of State-owned Assets Supervision and Management System in the Perspective of "Large-state-owned System"

The large state-owned refers to the pattern of formation of supervision including all levels of state-owned system with the concept of a whole game and a whole family.Under the guidance of this concept,the organizational system of China's state-owned assets supervision gradually established.But it also exposed many problems,such as the regulatory regime is not smooth,not sound legal basis for higher SASAC ineffective subordinate SASAC supervision.Therefore,it must be in accordance with the requirements of the large state-owned concept,to further promote the reform of state-owned assets supervision and management system,a clear positioning of the SASAC,the establishment of a the SAC system of collaborative regulatory mechanism,improve the legal system of the state-owned assets supervision system,and improve the organization of state-owned assets supervision systems.
