Abstract
Security investments is a very practical subject. Based on the analysis of the basic business process and simulation program of stock exchange, this article puts emphasis on elaborating security exchange simulating system from network structure design, total system and each subsystem functions module design. Finally, it summarizes development patterns and characters of the system. In view of application results in practice, this system fully meets the demand of design and application.
