Abstract

Taking the Huangshaping Lead-Zinc Mine as an example,this paper analyses detailly the internal and external factors impacting its survival and development,puts up the suitable strategic mode and the corresponding measures for the implementation of development by leaps and bounds in nonferrous mining enterprise.Meanwhile,it designates an effective advance for the same types of nonferrous mining enterprises to enhance their own economics.
