In this paper,the author investigated the historical backgrounds of some important theorems in graph theory,including Fundamental Theorem of Graph Theorem,MatrixTree Theorem,Menger's Theorem,Hall's Theorem,Konig's Theorem,Tutte's Theorem, Petersen's Theorem,Kuratowski's Theorem,Brooks' Theorem and Vizing's Theorem.
