Clinical Curative Effect of Anchang Ningfu Decoction on Irritable Bowel Syndrome of Diarrhea

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of anchang ningfudecoction in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of diarrhea(IBS-D).Methods:135 cases of patients with IBS-D d were randomly divided into treatment group with 68 cases,and control group with 67 cases.Patients in the control group were given Pinaverium Bromide Tablet for treatment,whereas those in the treatment group were treated with anchang ningfu decoction.The therapeutic effects of two groups were analyzed.Results:After the treatment,the scoring of each symptoms of the treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05).The levels of 5-HT and MOT of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those of the treatment group were lower than the control group.The rate of adverse reaction of the treatment group was 2.94%,lower than that of the control group,which was20.90%,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:anchang ningfu decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of IBS-D and reduce its adverse reaction.
