Proposals and Implemental Methods of Teaching Reform of P.E.Course in Common Colleges and Universities

Based on the analysis of the present situation of P.E.course teaching in the common colleges and universities,in the light of the spirit of new Programme and combined with the reformatory practice of multiyear P.E.teaching, it brought forth the scheme and measures of P.E.course reform,i.e.colleges and universities should set up the reasonable P.E.course system,introduce competitive mechanism,encourage teachers to select the posts suitable for them best, establish the management mechanism of students' three self-determined selection of courses,classify the teaching of P.E.course according to the conditions of students,make students learn theory via internet,evaluate and establish credit in a classified form and so on.
