Abstract
As one of the most important financial supervise methods of most countries in the world, deposit insurance institution plays a very important role in protecting the profits of depositors and maintaining the stability of the financial system. However, there are still some debates in the issue that whether it is necessary to construct such institution in our country nowadays. Combining the basic contents of the deposit insurance institution and the analysis of the construction mode of other countries, this article brings forward the necessity and the suggestions of constructing the deposit insurance institution in our country.
